RULES AND REGULATION
1. Strict regularity, implicit obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, cleanliness of dress and person are expected from every pupil. Pupils must strictly conform to the regulations laid down in this regard.
2. The pupils are responsible to the School authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behaviour outside. Any reported objectionable conduct out of the school on the part of the pupils make them liable for disciplinary action.
3. The wearing of the school uniform is obligatory. Violation of this is a sufficient reason for the expulsion of a student from the school. No student will be allowed to the school without the prescribed uniform.
4. a. No book, newspaper, periodical, CD, Mobile Phone or any material can be brought to the school withtout the Principal's permission
b. No student should posses electronic items and jewellery or valuables whatsoever in the school campus, the school shall not be responsible if these are lost or stolen.
5. No collection for any purpose, whatsoever, is to be made without the prior permission of the Principal.
6. Presents to the members of the staff in cash or anykind not allowed except with the permission of the Principal.
7. The date of birth of a student once entered will not be changed. The Parent/ Guardian will have to sign an undertaking to this effect.
8. The name of a student who does not rejoin within three days after the commencement of a term shall be struck off the rolls unless leave has been previously applied for and the sanction obtained from the head of the institution.
Note: This rule does not prevent the Principal from refusing admission to the new session for adequate reasons to a student who was on the rolls in the previous session.
9. Children must speak English in the school campus.
10. All pupils must possess a copy of the school diary, which is to be brought on all working days.
1. Course of studies includes Moral Science, English, English Literature, Hindi, Sanskrit, History and Culture of India, Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, and many other curricular activities.
2. No pupil is allowed to offer any subject which is not regularly taught in the school, or provided for in this approved scheme of studies.
3. The reports will be shown to the parents or guardians after the terminal examinations.
4. Students absent from an examinations for any reason will not be re-examined.
5. a) Wilful breach of the regulation for the conduct of the examination is punishable by expulsion from the examination hall and subsequently leading to the cancellation of the paper.
b) Candidates who are detected in giving or obtaining or attempting to give or obtain unfair assistance or who otherwise are detected in any dishonesty whatsoever will be prevented from the examination to subsequent papers or expelled from the school.
6. Reports will be with held for non-payment of school dues. Absence from a subject excludes a student from being reckoned in the order of merit in the examination.
7. If a student does not have 75% attendance for the year he / she will not be considered for promotion. 50. For promotion, a student has to obtain clear pass in major subjects.
8. A student who fails shall forfeit for the ensuing years any concession in the fees, and may even be advised to leave the school particularly, if his/ her conduct has not been satisfactory in the school. If a student fails twice, he /she will have to leave the institution.
1. Parents of students are expected to give the mangament and the staff their whole-hearted and willing co-operation in all matters pertaining to the education of their children. Therefore:
a) Kindly abide by the judgement and decision of the management and the staff.
b) Lend your support in matters of discipline and see that your children observe school rules.
c) Supervise your children's studies at home, send them to school regularly and help to maintain continuity in their school work. It is essential for success.
2. Parents are informed that occassional reports and recommendations from teachers are made in the school diary. They are requested to sign them as proof that they have read them.
3. Parents are particularly expected to sign the terminal report or any other similar document, when so required.
4 a. Parents and guardians are recommended to call at the Principal's office at least once in each term, so as to ascertain from the school authorities, what has been the conduct and progress of their ward.
b. Recommandations made by the Parent Teacher Association and accepted by the Principal will not be separately communicated to the Parents. Complaints, if any, should be made in writing to the Principal and not to the class teacher.
5. Students are not allowed to engage any of the Staff members of the school for private tuitions. If as an exception a particular Students who engage teachers of the school, he/she should get explicit writtern permission from the Principal. Students who engage teachers of the school for private tuitions without the permission of the Principal are liable to disciplinary action even to the extent of expulsion from the school.
6. In matter of evaluating and estimating examination answers, as well as decision with respect to promotions, the opinion of the Principal and the management is in the best interest of your child. Therefore, kindly restrain from requesting for personal scrutiny of answer papers, or the re- evaluation and also for promotion against the better judgement of the authorities.
7. Parents must understand that they cannot dictate to the management and that the management has a right to admit or retain pupils in their school.
8. No pupils will be allowed to absent from games and physical activities without a written note from a doctor which is to be renewed every two months.
9. Follow the traffic rules: Your little help can save precious life : Do extend your co-operation.
We expect you, students:
a) To be polite, kind and well behaved in and outside the school.
b) To be honest and truthful, whatever be the cost.
c) To accept whatever work and responsibility given, with cheerfulness and to face difficulties with courage and determination.
d) To be courteous and sportman-like with opposing teams and with the officials on the playground.
e) To wish your parents, elders, teachers and those you ought to wish everyday whenever you meet them.
f) To show gentlemanly behaviour at all time and at all places.
g) To respect your property as well as that of the school and also the property belonging to others.
h) To be bold to say 'NO' when asked to do something which you think and know to be wrong. ("Children cannot be made good by making them happy but they can be made happy by making them good")
i) Five paths:
1. Say a prayer a day for peace.
2. Skip a meal a week.
3. Do a good deed a day.
4. Honour parents, teachers and all human beings.
5. Respect the earth and save its resources.
